
Two Christian student organizations, Campus Bible Fellowship (CBF) and InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (IVCF), have filed separate lawsuits against SUNY Broome Community College, alleging the school violated their constitutional rights by refusing to recognize them because of their faith-based leadership requirements. The lawsuits have attracted national attention because they center on a growing debate occurring at public colleges across the United States.
